Eucalyptus Essential Oil Uses and Blends

USES:

Eucalyptus essential oil is commonly used for air purification and its refreshing fragrance make it perfect for stuffy noses or headaches. The classic oil is also a favorite ingredient for herbal acne treatments and skincare. We love to combine it with honey and Lavender for an all-natural face mask. 

BLENDS:

Relaxing bath salts (tension):

• 5-6 drops of Eucalyptus
• 5-6 drops of Lavender
• 1 cup of sea salt 

Clarifying all-natural face mask 

• 3-4 drops of Eucalyptus
• 2-3 drops of Lavender 
• 1 tablespoon of honey 

Purifying diffuser blend:

• 4-5 drops of Eucalyptus 
• 1 cup of water

Cleansing spritzer:

• 5-6 drops of Eucalyptus
• 3-4 drops of Lemon
• 3-4 drops of Tea Tree 
• 2 cups of water
